I try to make a point to hike as much as I can. It’s my personal stress management tool, and in sharing them all here, I hope that you can find some inspiration to head outdoors.
Each hike is marked by its difficult: Easy; Moderate; and Strenuous. Safety in the outdoors is of the utmost importance, so it’s important to know your skill level. If you’re unsure, or if the strenuous hikes seem daunting, stick with easy hikes and work your way up from there. Acclimation to difficulty and stamina can come quicker than you might think.
