Skyline Arch is an easy meander to the base of a gorgeous arch rising high above the ground. While visible from the road, it truly shines when viewed up close. In addition, it’s so short, why wouldn’t you?

Skyline Arch Trail Description

From the parking area, head up the easy to follow trail where you’ll make a quick scramble over a few steps of slickrock, where the trail emerges into a large field of juniper trees. On the other end, the mighty Skyline Arch dominates the landscape, commanding all your attention straight ahead.

Continue along the trail as long or as little as you’d like, and head back the same way you came up when you’re ready.

Getting There

From the Arches National Park entrance station, drive 16.9 miles along the main park road. The signed trailhead will be on your right.
